Villa SHV379 is a luxury villa with a jacuzzi and sea view located in the Kalkan Kördere area, the most popular town in the Mediterranean. Villa SHV379, which has a very elegant and modern design, consists of 3 suite bedrooms in total and has a unique view from all rooms. In our villa, there is an American-style kitchen & living room on the ground floor and a young bedroom with a jacuzzi suite, and 2 suites with jacuzzi family bedrooms on the first floor. Our villa, which lays all the unique views of Kalkan under your feet, is 10 minute drive from the center and the beach. Our villa, which offers a fun and enjoyable holiday service with your family and friend groups, awaits our guests who love the holiday.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: Two single beds, dresser, wardrobe, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.

Living Room: In the living room with sea and nature views, there is a modern sofa set, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 6 people, and exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the kitchen is designed as an American-style kitchen; Dinner set for 6 people, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove hob (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pans & pots, etc. There is kitchen equipment.

Garden: In the private garden, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace, 6 sun loungers, a sitting group, a dining table for 6 people, and a barbecue.

Pool: There is a rectangular sheltered pool. Pool Dimensions; It is 10m x 4m, and the Depth: is 1.60m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests cleanly and is cleaned once a week.

For stays less than 7 nights, a 1500TL cleaning fee is required.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, the necessary controls are also made and the need to comply with these hours due to the completion of the deficiencies is strongly requested from our villa guests.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. There is no additional charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. insurance are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located in villages, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. A deposit of 5000 Turkish Lira is required upon arrival. The deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa when there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost.
