All windows have mosquito nets and all rooms have a sea view.

Pool: The dimensions of the pool are 8m x 4m. Garden and pool maintenance is done by the staff once a day.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All our villas, which have a location in nature, are regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located inside the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 3000 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
