Internet: Wireless internet is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests cleanly and is cleaned once a week.

For stays less than 7 nights, a 600TL cleaning fee is required.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, the necessary controls are also made and the need to comply with these hours due to the completion of the deficiencies is strongly requested from our villa guests.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 1000TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. Payment, instead of 1000TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, and internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cooking, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.
