The construction of our rental villa located in the Islamlar region of Kalkan was completed in 2020 and it is a luxury wooden holiday villa for rent. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. Our wooden rental villa, which is very suitable for nuclear families and honeymooners, has been carefully designed to offer you a comfortable holiday with its extraordinary design. There is a special children's pool for our little visitors in our villa, where you can find all the basic items you may need during your holiday. Our villa is for rent with a bedroom jacuzzi; It is located 7 kilometers from the center of Kalkan and the beach. The garden floor of our rental villa with a nature view dominating the magnificent atmosphere of Kalkan is sheltered and very suitable for conservative families. There is a private swimming pool, a children's pool, a specially designed wooden seating area, and a stone barbecue in the garden of our economical rental villa. For a peaceful holiday away from the eyes, alone with nature and bird sounds, this charming Villa awaits you in the new season.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom, and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a full-length mirror, a bathroom, and a toilet.

Living Room: There is a sitting group, TV, air conditioner, and decoration materials on the large and spacious living room floor.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pans, and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the officers who take care of the villa. Pool Dimensions: Width: 4 m Length: 9 m Depth: 1.50 meters.

Garden: There are 4 sun loungers, umbrellas, a private swimming pool, a children's pool, a sitting corner, a swing, and a stone barbecue in the sheltered garden of our villa.

Internet: There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be cross-sections originating from internet service providers. Using the Internet; is sufficient for issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, and accessing newspapers and news sites; It is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, or downloading files.

Extras: The villa is delivered to our guests in a clean way. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. The villa is cleaned once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day. There is wireless internet in the villa and a Jacuzzi in 1 bedroom.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All of our villas, which have a location in nature, are regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located within the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 1500 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
