It is one of our 3-bedroom for 6 people and it is located in the Lapaz neighborhood of Kalkan. Villa SHV369 offers a peaceful holiday away from the outside eyes which has a sheltered pool terrace. The Villa, which is in nature, this is the villa you can choose for your large family and friend groups. It offers a wonderful pool pleasure with its large pool.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, jacuzzi, bathroom, and sink.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bedroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, and vanity table. The bathroom and sink are privately outside the room.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a make-up table, and a nightstand. The bathroom and sink are shared use.

Living Room: There is a TV, satellite, internet, sitting group, air conditioner, bathroom, and sink in the living room of our rental villa. There is an exit from our living room to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The kitchen of our Summer Villa includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, 4 built-in cookers, kettle, microwave oven, dinnerware, and kitchen tools and equipment for 6 people.

Pool and Garden: The sheltered villa has a private swimming pool, and a shallow pool, and there is a sitting group, sun loungers, hammock, umbrella, dining table, chairs, and barbecue on the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions: 13 x 4 meters Depth: 1.60 cm

Internet: There is wireless internet in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and the cleaning is done once a week.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All of our villas, which have a location in nature, are regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located within the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 2000 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

Lapaz area; Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (earth) roads during the transportation to the villas.
Note: We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools, there is always a 5% margin of avoidance in these villas.
