Our Villa, which appeals to large groups of families and friends, is located very close to the Kalkan city center. Considering all the needs of holidaymakers, it is a luxury-designed and comfortable villa option.

Note: The last 50 meters of the road used to reach the villa is very steep and uphill.

Living Room: In the living room, which has sea and nature views, there is a modern sofa set, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 12 people, and exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the American-style kitchen; Dinnerware for 12 people, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pan & pot, etc. kitchen equipment is available.

Garden: In the private garden, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace, 12 sun loungers, a sitting group, a 12-person Dining Table, and a BBQ.

Pool: There is a rectangular-shaped sheltered pool. Pool Dimensions; It is 10m x 4m, and the Depth: is 1.60m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening. There is a children's pool.

Internet: There is wireless internet in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and the cleaning is done once a week.

Check-in and Check-out Times to the Villa: Reservations are usually taken on weekends or at the beginning of the week. Check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 4000 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
