Our villa is a holiday home with stone architecture, located in nature in the Kalkan İslamlar Village area. Located in a lush environment, our villa offers a comfortable holiday opportunity for our families and honeymooners. In order for you, our valued guests, to spend time by the pool with peace of mind, the area around the pool has been made sheltered. Our Villa, which is a holiday place where you can have a pleasant time with your loved ones, away from foreign eyes, is waiting to provide you with quality service. The garden decoration of our rental house has also been designed by giving place to all the details, just like the interior. There is a sitting area and a hammock in our garden, which is decorated with fragrant flowers.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom; There are suites, 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, hair dryer, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.

2nd Bedroom; There are suites, 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a make-up table, a hair dryer, an air conditioner, a bathroom, and a toilet.

Kitchen: There is a modern American kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, pans, pots, glasses, dinnerware, and cutlery.

Living Room: There is a seating group, television, satellite receiver, air conditioner, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, dining table, and chairs.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool. Pool size details:  Length: 8.00 m. X Width: 4.00 m. Depth: 1.60 m. There are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, hammock, garden sitting area, table, and chairs.

Approximately the last 200 meters of the road leading to our villa is stabilized. (It is a dirt road.)

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All of our villas, which have a location in nature, are regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located within the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 2000 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

Kalkan; Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (earth) roads during the transportation to the villas.
