Important Note: The last 5 kilometers of the road to our villa is a dirt road.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: The suite is the family bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, nightstand, and en-suite bathroom.

2nd.Bedroom: The suite is the family bedroom. The bedroom has 2 single beds, air conditioning, a nightstand, en-suite bathroom.

Living Room: In the living room, which has a view of nature, there is a modern sofa set, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a dining table for 4 people, and an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the kitchen is designed as an American-style kitchen; a Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pan & pot, etc. kitchen equipment is available.

Garden: In the private garden, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace, 4 sun loungers, a 4-person dining table, and a barbecue.

Pool: There is a rectangular-shaped sheltered pool. Pool Dimensions; 10m x 3.5m, Depth: 1.40m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur.

Extras: There is wireless internet in the villa. The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean way and its cleaning is done once a week.

A cleaning fee of 750 Turkish Liras is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All of our villas, which have a location in nature, are regularly sprayed. However, in the surrounding area; butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is a possibility of being found. Our villa has 90% shelter.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 2000 Turkish Liras is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

Kalkan; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill.
