Our Villa is located in Kalkan’s Ortaalan area and all bedrooms have Kalkan’s unique sea views. Our villa has a luxurious and convenient structure, an alternative to our conservative families with the invisible pool and garden. You can spend a comfortable and happy holiday with your large family or group of friends in Villa SHV35 has a capacity of 4 bedrooms and 8 people. Modern interior and exterior architecture and every detail for your vacation are also very close to our villa center. Villa SHV35 is in a quiet location and you can not forget a holiday is waiting for you.

Suit Bedrooms:

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, dresser, commode, make-up table, bathroom-WC, and balcony.

Living Room: Very elegantly decorated lounge, sitting room, TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, and air conditioning. It is also on the exit to the pool terrace on the hillside.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, built-in oven, built-in cooker, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, pots and pans, dining table for 8, spoon and fork set, and glasses. The pool area can also be reached from the kitchen area.

Pool Terrace (Garden): There is a private swimming pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, table tennis, dining table, and barbecue (grill) on the poolside invisible from the outside.

Important Information: Pool and garden maintenance is done by the pool attendants regularly once a day in the early morning hours. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new bed linen and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, transfer service, and holiday insurance are not included in the prices. All villas have everything you need during your vacation.

Entrance and Departure Information: Our guests who will be entering our villas will be able to enter the villas by 16:00. Our guests leaving on the last day should leave at 10:00. This clock application is for cleaning our guesthouse in a detailed and careful manner for our guests who will make a new entrance until 16:00 after the departing guests.

Damage Deposit: In our villa, damage, loss, and breakage, In order to provide pre-assurance for the possibilities, a 7500TL damage deposit is received at the entrance. The deposit is refunded if there is no problem after checking out at the exit of the villa.
