The Villa SHV330 is one of our villas with a capacity of 6 people and has many charming features associated with traditional Turkish properties. The villa is air-conditioned, and outside is a 10m x 5m foot pool (no shallow end). It has located close to the center of Kalkan and it has a sea view and special interior decoration. TVK330 offers you a magnificent holiday opportunity with its inner comfort and proximity to the supermarket, restaurants, and beach.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: This is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, and en-suite bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: This is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, and en-suite bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: This is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, vanity table, and en-suite bathroom.

Pool: Pool dimensions are 8 m X 4 m, depth 2 m. Garden and pool maintenance is carried out by staff once a day.

Garden: In the garden of the villa there is a pool, barbecue, sun loungers, umbrella, dining table, and sitting group.

Kitchen: The kitchen, which is designed in the style of an American kitchen, includes an oven, refrigerator, built-in 4-stove, electric kettle, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware, spoon and fork set, and glasses. There is no dishwasher.

Internet: There is a free wi-fi connection throughout the villa.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 500TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Your payment, instead of 500TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check-in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guest.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cook, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.
