Villa SHV33 is located in the Kalkan Kördere Area which is the most prevalent region of the sea view. Our 3 bedroom villa with jacuzzi for 6 persons which has wonderful nature and sea view. Villa SHV33 has a heated indoor pool as well as there is a large jacuzzi where you can relax your stress. Our villa with a conservative concept, pool terrace, and sunbathing area is not visible from the outside. It is suitable for anyone looking for a comfortable and exclusive holiday away from the outside eyes.

The villa is also equipped with wireless internet but the internet infrastructure of the Kalkan region is not strong, so interruptions can be experienced.

Bedrooms : 

1. Bedroom: Double en suite bedroom, air conditioner, dresser, nightstand, make-up table, bathroom, jacuzzi, and washbasin. Indoor Pool: 3 m x 5 m Depth: 1,20 cm

2. Bedroom: Double bedroom, air conditioner, dresser, make-up table, nightstand, bathroom, jacuzzi, and washbasin.

3. Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, dresser, make-up table, bathroom, and washbasin.

Living Room: Villa living room has a magnificent sea view, seating area, wireless internet, air conditioning, TV, and dining table for 6 persons. There is a large door that opens to the pool and terrace.

Kitchen: Villa SHV33 kitchen is designed as an American kitchen and has a dinner set for 6, microwave oven, gas oven, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, washing machine, pots, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils.

Pool: There is an infinity pool with a wonderful sea view. 12m x 4m, Depth is 1.50m. The swimming pool is maintaining once a day which is in the morning. The swimming pool is sheltered and will appear outside. There are sunbeds, an umbrella, a dining table, and a barbecue.

Important information:

Electricity, water, internet, and tube gas usage are all included in the price of renting all our villas. There is no extra fee to be paid. Extra cleaning, extra sheets, and towels are not included in the prices.
There is weekly general cleaning of the villas, changing of sheets and towels. There are bath towels in the villa and there are no beach towels, so you are kindly requested to bring them with you. All of our villas which have a position within nature are also regularly sprayed for butterflies, insects, flies, etc. Although there is a possibility to have insects.

Extras: Villa SHV33 have also indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. There is an extra 1000TL charge for heating the pool. There is a 420TL cleaning fee if the Villa rented for under 7 nights.

Deposit: A deposit of 750TL is taken at the first entrance. If there is no damage, breakage, or loss, the deposit will be refunded to the guest after checking the house just before leaving the Villa.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check-in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service is not available. The nearest airport for our guests coming by air is Dalaman Airport, please take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who request paid services for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will arrive by land and their own vehicles, we can send you the location and directions if requested.
