Villa SHV290 is located in the village of Islamlar, which makes a name for itself with its magnificent air and calmness in Kalkan, and is designed to offer you an unforgettable holiday experience. 

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: This is a double suite bedroom. There is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioner, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, and bathroom-WC in the bedroom.

2nd Bedroom: It is a bedroom for 2 people. There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dresser, a make-up table, and a bathroom-WC in the bedroom.

Living Room: The living room, which has a view of nature, has a modern sofa set, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a 6-person dining table, and an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Designed in the style of an American kitchen, the kitchen has a nature view and includes a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-hob, electric kettle, toaster, toaster, pots, and pans, There are 4-person dinner set, spoon and fork set, and glasses.

Pool: Pool dimensions are 9m x 3 m. Depth: 1.5 m.

Garden: In the garden of the villa there is a pool, table tennis, children's playground, barbecue, sun loungers, umbrella, hammock, and dining table. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

For stays less than 7 nights, a 600 TL cleaning fee is required.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 2000TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Your payment, instead of 2000TL; is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time to all our Villas is in the afternoon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guest.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cook, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.
