Since there is no dense construction around our villas, which are located in nature, their pools are not visible.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: This is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a jacuzzi.

2nd Bedroom (Ground Floor): It is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a make-up table, and a bathroom.

3rd Bedroom (First Floor): It is a suite bedroom for 2 people. There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning, a nightstand, and a make-up table in the bedroom. The bathroom is outside the room.

Living Room: The lounge, which has sea and nature views, has a modern sofa set, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a 6-person dining table, and an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the kitchen is designed as an American-style kitchen; Dinner set for 6 people, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove hob (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pans & pots, etc. There is kitchen equipment.

Garden: In the private garden, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace, 6 sun loungers, a sitting group, a 6-person dining table, and BBQ.

Pool: There is a rectangular sheltered pool. Pool Dimensions; It is 10m x 4m, and the Depth: is 1.60m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

For stays less than 7 nights, a 1450 TL cleaning fee is required.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 2000TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Payment, instead of 2000TL; is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guests.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, and internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cooking, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linens and towel sets in the bedrooms.
