This Villa, which fully reflects the magnificent nature of Kalkan, is thought of as both large families and large groups of friends. Villa TVK200 has a large garden and an open space. The large garden area has all kinds of garden furniture and barbecue equipment you will need. This garden where you can have a nice time during your holiday has been designed with a sea view.

You can see the nature of Kalkan, your garden and pool overlooking the sea are completely sheltered. You can sunbathe and spend time in a secluded way. Your large swimming pool, which is 10.5 meters tall, is completely private for you and cleaned daily by the staff free of charge.

There are dozens of activities you can do in Kalkan Center, which is accepted as one of the tourism capitals. Villa TVK200 is just 5 kilometers from the beach. Cleaning and Maintenance: Villa is cleanly delivered to you and cleaning is done once a week. If you require extra cleaning, cleaning services, new sheets, pillowcases, and so on. Charges apply.

Deposit: A deposit of 2500 Turkish Liras is required upon arrival. If there is no problem of damage, breakage, or loss, the villa/apartment is checked and returned to our guests 10 minutes before departure.

Note: The first day of entry to all of our villas is 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 am. Please note that if you arrive earlier than your arrival time, we will not be able to help you, as cleaning is done on time. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, and internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cooking, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linens and towel sets in the bedrooms.
