Located in the Kiziltas area, Villa TVK190 is a holiday villa with a wonderful garden and stunning sea views. 3 bedrooms with a capacity of 6 people, you can have a wonderful time in the private swimming pool and the charming garden with a view, and make your limited time unforgettable for yourself.

Direct access to the pool floor from the tastefully designed lounge and spacious American-style kitchen. Each room has air conditioning, and from the terrace on the top floor, you can watch the magnificent views of Kalkan and witness the unique sunsets.

You can enjoy the fireplace feast for yourself and your friends in the sitting areas by the pool, making your evenings more enjoyable. 

Pool Terrace: Private swimming pool, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, table and chairs, BBQ.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, kettle, toaster, table and chairs, exit to the pool floor.

Living Room: There is a large living room and a comfortable sitting group, a coffee table, a TV, air conditioning, exit to the pool floor. There is a free wi-fi connection throughout the villa.

Bedrooms : 

1. Bedroom: Two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, vanity table, balcony, table and chairs on the balcony, bathroom, and sink.

2. Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, vanity table, balcony, table and chairs in the balcony, bathroom, and sink.

3. Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, vanity table, balcony, table and chairs in the balcony, bathroom, and sink.

Terrace: The terrace has wonderful sea views, tables, and chairs.

Cleaning and Linen: The Villa is delivered to you clean, and cleaning is done once a week while guests are in. If there are extra cleaning, extra new sheets, pillowcases, etc., requests, then charges are applicable.

Note: In our villa, bath towels, hand towels, and beach towels are available.

Damage Deposit: 5000 Turkish Lira or equivalent Euro, US Dollars, or British Pounds are received as a deposit at the entrance of the villa for damage, fracture, and disappearance in the Villa.

Note: The check-in time to the villa is 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 am on the last day. Please note that we will not be able to help you if you arrive earlier than your check-in time, as housekeeping is done in the meantime. Please observe the entrance and exit times to the villa.
