Built to exacting specifications by one of Kalkan Villa leading architects makes the most of its stunning sea views by effectively bringing the ‘outside-in’ via glass doors that open out fully on to the pool terrace and large private pool with jacuzzi and large pool terrace, dining table and stone build bbq.

The property is around 10 minutes walk from the Kalamar Bay beach club, and 20-25 minutes walk from Kalkan's old town dining, shopping, and the beach.

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms and offers plenty of well-furnished outside space to enjoy the Kalkan climate.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and has wifi internet access.

Outside the villa :

The spacious swimming pool terrace wraps around the villa and creates some lovely spaces to dine, relax and sunbathe. The terrace is furnished with cushioned sun loungers and parasols and a poolside shower is provided for rinsing off after a refreshing swim also a free-standing BBQ with a dining table area with a large garden.

A comfortable seating area is provided on the terrace, together with a dining table to seat 8.

Ground Floor :

Open plan living, dining, and kitchen area with access to the pool terrace and harden. The dining table seats 8 people. The living area has an L-shaped leather sofa and a flat satellite screen TV. The kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, cooker + hob, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine.

Bedrooms :

1st bedroom is a double bedroom with stunning sea views and a spacious shaded balcony to the side of the villa. This bedroom has a dressing area and an en-suite shower room.

2nd bedroom is a double bedroom with a dressing area and an en-suite shower room.

3rd bedroom is the master bedroom occupying the whole width of the villa. Glass frontage with doors that open out fully onto a very spacious balcony. Stunning sea views. Dressing area plus large en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.

4th bedroom is a twin bedroom with a dressing area and an en-suite shower room.

Note: All the bedrooms have a TV. The villa is 2 minutes walk nearest 3 restaurants, bars and shopping. 

Cleaning and Maintenance: The Villa has delivered clean to you and cleaning is done once a week. If you require extra cleaning,  new sheets, pillowcases, etc. Charges apply.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 500 Turkish Lira is required upon arrival. If there is no problem of damage, breakage, or loss, the villa/apartment is checked and returned to our guests 10 minutes before departure.

The first day of check in to all villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the time of check out of our villas is 10:00 am. Please note that if you arrive earlier than your arrival time, we will not be able to help you, as cleaning is done on time. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.
