5th Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom, and toilet.

6th Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom, and toilet.

Kitchen: Full-equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, and DVD player. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Note: There is a cleaning fee of 2000 Turkish Liras for stays of less than 5 nights.

Damage Deposit: The deposit fee requested for Villa Lilyum is 3.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss, or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.
