Bedroom 3: It is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, and en-suite bathroom. There is a door to open a large terrace with magnificent views of Kalkan and Kalamar bays 

Each bedroom has clean bedding and towels.

Kitchen: Fully fitted well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, Water Chiller, kettle, iron, and ironing board. Extensive range of china and utensils. Dining table and 6 chairs. Mosquito screen.

Living Room: Spacious, airy, bright open plan area with great sea views. Wrought iron cushion sofa with 2 matching armchairs. Understairs storage and patio doors lead to a small terrace. Turkish tables, a rug, lighting, and a CD player.

Internet: There is unlimited wifi wireless.

Cleaning and Linen: The apartment is delivered to you completely clean. Cleaning is done once a week. There is a washing machine in our villa if you want to wash yourself according to your request, but you can wash extra new clean sheets, pillowcases, etc. If you have a request we can provide it for a fee.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 1500TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Payment, instead of 1000TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: The check-in is at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guests.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, and internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cooking, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa/apartment is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week.
