Each apartment has its sunbeds and umbrellas on the patio area.

The complex is maintained to very high standards.

The supermarket, cafe, and shops are just down the road. 

*Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron, and ironing board. Well equipped with china and utensils. Watercooler and heater for drinking water. Wrought iron glass dining table and 4 chairs. 

*Utility Room: The utility room is located in the staircase area on the top floor, with large ceiling cupboards for the washing machine, and water heater, and useful storage of iron, iron board, etc. 

*Living Rooms: Open plan area with great sea views. 

*Wrought iron cushion twin sofa with 2 matching armchairs. Under the stair storage and patio, doors lead to a small terrace. 

*LCD TV on the wall with Sky channels and CD player. 

*Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: The towels and bed linen are included but not beach towels. 

*Changed twice weekly by the maid who also visits daily for a light cleaning and to empty all the bins. 

*Friendly, helpful staff are on site 24 hours a day to look after you. 

*Amenities/Facilities: Barbecue, Shared Pool.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The Apartment has been delivered clean to you and cleaning is done once a week. If you require extra cleaning,  new sheets, pillowcases, etc. Charges apply.

Deposit: A deposit of 2000 Turkish Lira is required upon arrival. If there is no problem of damage, breakage, or loss, the villa/apartment is checked and returned to our guests 10 minutes before departure.

Check-in and Check-out: The first day of check-in to all villas/apartments is 4:00 p.m. and the time of check-out of our villas/apartments is 10:00 am. Please note that if you arrive earlier than your arrival time, we will not be able to help you, as cleaning is done on time. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa/apartment.
