Our duplex apartment which is designed comfortably and stylishly may be suitable for guests considering vehicle-free accommodation due to its proximity to the center.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, wardrobe, hairdryer, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, wardrobe, hairdryer, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom, and toilet.

Each bedroom has clean bedding and towels.

Kitchen: Apartment SHV180 is stylish, comfortable, spacious, and has modern cuisine. Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, 4-hob, ketıl, toaster, dinnerware for 4 people, pans, pots, forks, knives, etc. In addition, if there is a missing product during the holiday in case you tell us immediately supply.

Our lounge has a comfortable, modern, luxury sitting group, TV, satellite receiver, ironing board, unlimited wireless internet, and access to the pool and garden.

Air conditioning: The lounge and bedrooms have air conditioning.

Cleaning and Linen: Our apartment is delivered to you completely clean. Cleaning is done once a week. There is a washing machine in our villa if you want to wash yourself according to your request, but you can wash extra new clean sheets, pillowcases, etc. If you have a request we can provide it for a fee.

Pool: Our villa's private swimming pool is 8 m x 4 m and has a depth of 1.65 m.

Garden: Apartment SHV180 has a large garden and pool terrace with sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a barbecue, a dining table, chairs, and a seating group in our pool terrace and garden for your comfort.

There is an indoor car park where a vehicle can park.

Please note that the apartment has bath towels and there are no beach towels, so please bring your beach towels with you when you come.

Internet: There is a free Wi-Fi connection throughout the villa.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 5000TL is required before arriving at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Payment, instead of 5000TL; it is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guests.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, and internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cooking, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linens and towel sets in the bedrooms.
