3rd Bedroom: It is a 2-person suite bedroom. In the bedroom, there are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, an air conditioner, a bedside table, a make-up table, bathroom.

Living Room: There is a modern seating group, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 8 people, and exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Villa SHV585 has two kitchens. In existing kitchens; dinnerware, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pan & pot, etc. kitchen equipment is available.

Garden: The private garden has a swimming pool, sun terrace, and sun loungers.

Pool: There is a rectangular heated pool. Pool Dimensions; It is 7m x 5m X1.50m deep. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: There is wireless internet in the villa. Due to the region’s infrastructure, interruptions from internet service providers may occur.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean way and the cleaning is done once a week.

Extra cleaning fee: 1250TL is requested. The minimum stay is 5 nights.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 5000 Turkish Liras is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
