The Villa SHV48 is overlooking to the sea, our rental villa is located in the middle of Kalkan. The villa attracts attention to the modern interior and luxurious equipment that 10 people can comfortably accommodate and capacity. The villa SHV48 is suitable for large families and groups of friends, there are 5 suites in the villas and an American kitchen and lounge. Villa SHV48 has a large pool terrace and there is also an extra jacuzzi. and it has a private pool, jacuzzi, and private garden. Table and chairs for 10 people, sitting group for 4 people, outdoor jacuzzi, 8 deck chairs, sun umbrella, and barbecue.

Our kitchen has a modern American kitchen with a pool and a natural view. The Kitchen has all the equipment; refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, cooker, coffee machine, electric kettle, dinner set for 10 people, pans, pots, forks.
We have a sea and nature view. Our living room has a sitting group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table for 10 people, WC.

The villa has clean linen for you, clean bed linen, and a towel set for 10 people.

For stays less than 7 nights, a 400 TL cleaning fee is required.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 750TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Your payment, instead of 750TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check-in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guest.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cook, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.
